Lost everything & updates ??

Im just really angry because I worked hard to have all cars and weapons and after update my phone I lost everything, even if I restored my backup. Can you help me because I wrote to you and no one has contacted me yet. Also links in the apps not working like login with Facebook or links in to get free gold. Also please give the game some French weapons or cars or maps ! Why nobody cares about this game ??????
